A view of a newly painted caboose residing at a siding in the yard.  With the new paint jobs, the trains look like they just rolled-off of the assembly line.  One must remember that some of these trains are over fifty years old!

Another NYA locomotive sits in the yard, waiting to be utilized for freight operations.

Railfans gather around the locomotive; many excitingly snapping pictures as they finally have the opportunity to get  up-close-and-personal with the train.

A view of the trestle that carries the Bay Ridge Branch over Fresh Pond Yard and the Montauk Branch.  Freight cars are parked on the bridge's deck.  Railfans say that the Bushwick line spur is just west of the bridge.
